At the Workforce Development Board, our mission is simple:
To ensure that every citizen has the opportunity and skills
necessary to engage in meaningful employment throughout Okaloosa and Walton
Counties, and that every business has access to educated, trained, and prepared
employees that meet their needs.
Adherence to the standards expressed in our Core Values Statement drives the decisions we make.
Our core values are represented by the following statement:
