Federal workforce legislation recognizes business as a key customer of the local workforce development systems and adopted the business principle of measuring outcomes and results rather than measuring processes.
Region 2's (Okaloosa and Walton Counties) results in the key areas being measured may be found in the reports listed below:
Monthly Management Report - a monthly and year-to-date report of outcomes and indicators generated by the Agency for Workforce Innovation to assist regions monitor performance on a frequent basis. Results may be compared to the other 23 regions in the state.
Red/Green Report - a quarterly and year-to-date report of the outcomes on the 17 short-term key measures as defined by federal legislation. Top quartile performance on this report at year-end may qualify a region for short-term incentive funds.
Customer Service Report - a monthly report that measures the level of customer satisfaction in three customer groups: employers, applicants, and WIA participants
